Hospice care supports not only the patient but the entire family through the end-of-life journey. From caregiver education to grief support, our team is here for you every step of the way.

How does hospice support families?

Hospice care is about more than just medical support – it’s about caring for the whole family. When a loved one is facing a serious illness, it can be an emotional and overwhelming time. Whether you’re a spouse, child, sibling or another family member, our team is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We understand that caregiving can be both rewarding and exhausting. That’s why our care team is trained to support not only the patient, but also the people who love them most. We’re here to help you navigate the end-of-life journey with compassion, guidance and care.

Our care team supports families by:

  • Offering emotional and spiritual support

  • Providing caregiver education and respite care

  • Helping with decision-making and care planning

  • Being available 24/7 for questions or concerns

We also provide bereavement and grief support after a loved one passes, at no cost to you. This includes support groups and trained bereavement counselors to help guide you through the healing process.
