Trinity Health At Home named among Best Home Health Agencies by U.S. News & World Report

LIVONIA, Mich. — Feb. 25, 2026—Trinity Health At Home agencies have been recognized among the nation’s best in the inaugural U.S. News & World Report 2026 Best Home Health Agencies list, highlighting the highest-performing home health organizations in the country.
For the first time, U.S. News & World Report evaluated nearly 8,000 home health agencies nationwide using Medicare-reported data on quality, patient outcomes and experience. Only 17% achieved the designation of “High Performing,” the publication’s top recognition.

- Trinity Health Of New England At Home (CT)

U.S. News & World Report based its rankings on publicly available data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, evaluating:
- Quality and outcome measures
- Patient survey results
- Agency performance against national benchmarks
