Living the Mission: How our home health team in Indiana gives back
At Trinity Health At Home, caring for others goes beyond clinical visits. Led by Clinical Managers Stacey S. and Lisa W., our Saint Joseph VNA Home Care team in Indiana recently made a meaningful impact by donating hundreds of personal care and toiletry items to St. Margaret’s House, a nonprofit day center for women and children.
The donation drive was part of a recent staff meeting, where clinicians were invited to bring supplies to support local families in need. The response was overwhelming – and deeply inspiring. It’s a powerful example of how our care teams live out our Mission and Core Values every day, both in and outside of patient care.
