Newsweek ranks two Trinity Health At Home agencies among America’s Best Home Health Agencies 2026

LIVONIA, Mich. — Oct. 30, 2025 – Two Trinity Health At Home agencies – MercyOne Des Moines Home Care and Saint Joseph VNA Home Care – have been named among America’s Best Home Health Agencies 2026 by Newsweek and Statista.

MercyOne Des Moines Home Care earned the No. 1 ranking in Iowa, and Saint Joseph VNA Home Care placed No. 4 in Indiana.

This prestigious recognition places both agencies among the top 300 home health providers nationwide, selected from more than 10,000 agencies across the country.

• Accreditation data from The Joint Commission (TJC), Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP)
